Peperami Animal Attacks
.Mobi Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 16 and over.
2. Participation in this promotion is conditional upon your acceptance of these rules, our Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice below (collectively referred to as the 'Terms and Conditions').
3. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that your friend has given you express permission to pass on his or her mobile number to the Promoter so that Peperami Animal can send them an automated prank call and SMS.
4. Prank calls will only be made to UK mobile telephones.
5. To send your friend a prank call, go to http://peperami.mobi, choose a greeting and a theme from the available drop-down menus, insert your name and your friend's mobile telephone number and confirm your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by ticking the appropriate box. Please check that your friend's number is correct before clicking.
6. The Promoter will cross check your friend's number against internal and external suppression lists, including numbers registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). If your friend's number appears on any of these lists, then neither the automated prank call nor the follow-up SMS will be sent.
7. Automated calls will be made within 48 hours of being submitted, subject to network availability. However, calls and SMS messages cannot be made/sent between midnight and 8am (GMT).
8. If the call is not answered, Peperami Animal will leave a prank voicemail message.
9. Your friend will receive a follow-up SMS shortly after the automated call. The SMS will identify you as the initiator of the prank call.
10. The voicemail message (if applicable) and the SMS will explain how your friend can 'opt-out' of receiving further messages. The Promoter will not use your friend's data for any other purpose unless they have otherwise agreed.
11. The Promoter will not charge you for browsing the .mobi site or for sending pranks to your friends nor will it charge your friends for the call and/or SMS.
12. Your mobile network operator may charge you a browsing and/or downloading fee for using the .mobi site and your friend's mobile network operator may charge them for retrieving voicemail. Your friend may also incur charges from their network operator if they accept a call and/or receive SMS while he or she is outside the UK. If in doubt regarding the costs, please check with your network operator and ensure your friend does the same before you submit their number.
13. You must always obtain the permission of the person paying the bill for the relevant mobile device before taking part in this promotion. If your friend is not the person paying the bill for their mobile, they should obtain the permission of the person who is before agreeing to receive the prank call and SMS.
14. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any network or mobile hardware or software failure of any kind.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse your request to send an automated prank call if it believes, in its absolute discretion, that you have not complied with these Terms and Conditions.
